Book: Wildwood Dancing by Juliet Marillier
A beautiful re-imagining of the 12 Dancing Princesses. It took me a few tries to get into the book, but once I did I was wrapped up in the story.
Costin sounds so handsome.

June Book #3
Book: The Outlaws of Sherwood by Robin McKinley
A little slow-going, but overall I really liked it. It gave me a lot of ideas for my own Robin Hood story.

June Book #2
Book: Ever by Gail Carson Levine
A definite stylistic departure from her previous books. It took me a bit to get used to it. Once I did, however, I was enthralled by the story.
Very beautiful.

June Book #1
Book: The Dark of the Woods edited by Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling
A series of short stories written by varying authors, I found each story a new adventure. They re-made the classic fairy tales into something more modern. Most were creative and wonderful, but I was VERY disappointed in the one about the 12 Dancing Princesses.
