September Book #2
Book: Well-Behaved Women Seldom Make History by Laurel Thatcher Ulrich
A very good book. It discussed women and women's issues that I had not been previously aware of.
It made me want to start a women's voting movement!

September Book #1
Book: Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale
I really loved it! It has a lot of the same elements as The Goose Girl, but told in a whole new way.

August Book #1
Book: Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
A step down from New Moon and two steps down from Twilight. I don't think I'll ever read it again.
When I was done I loved Jacob more than Edward. All the characters were topsy-turvy in this one.

July Book #3
Book: Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr
Intriguing and interesting, but there should have been more plot. The only reason I was afraid of the fairies was because she kept telling me to be. They never really did anything scary.

July Book #2
Book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling
I cried when Fred died, and when George lost an ear. I appreciated the way she didn't have to kill Harry, but I didn't like the epilogue.
She tried too hard to make it happily every after.

July Book #1
Book: Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte
I'm still not sure. I don't hate it anymore, but I can't love it either.
I need to think about it and maybe read it again later.
